Because her day time is so tiring

Alice is in a transition phase. Sometimes when she wakes up she can go to the potty and dress all by herself. Later in the day, however, she almost always “needs” help. I try to convince her that since she’s done it by herself earlier, she can handle it now, but she refuses to believe me.

UPDATE: Today, Alice had a bit of trouble pulling up her pants after going potty, so I helped and ended up just pulling them up. Alice melted down because she wanted to do it. I had to pull her pants back down so she could pull them up. About 90 minutes later, Alice goes potty again and this time absolutely refuses to put her underwear or pants back on, Dad must do it. I told her I didn’t want to because she had been so upset the last time, but she just gave me a puzzled look and said “Daddy put these on me”.
